Singh Law Company was established in 1959 AD by the late Kunj Bihari Prasad Singh, Senior Advocate (Licence No. 10), a former Member of Parliament and a recipient of the Gorkha Dakshina Bahu, the King's Medal. The chamber he built took constitutional and commercial work seriously at a time when little of that practice existed in Nepal, and took every other kind of case with the same seriousness. It continues today under Senior Advocate Mithlesh Kumar Singh, acting for corporate houses, including several five-star hotels, alongside the businesses and families who have used this chamber for decades.

The late Kunj Bihari Prasad Singh founded Singh Law Company in 1959 AD and led it for the greater part of its history. A Senior Advocate holding Licence No. 10, a former Member of Parliament, and a recipient of the Gorkha Dakshina Bahu, the King's Medal, he built the chamber on the principle that a law office exists first to render service. He took constitutional and commercial work seriously in Nepal well before that practice was established here, while continuing to appear in civil, property and criminal matters. The standard he set is the one the chamber still works to.

Senior Advocate Mithlesh Kumar Singh leads Singh Law Company from its chamber in Tripureshwor, continuing the practice founded in 1959 AD. He holds a BAC from Banaras Hindu University, an MA and BLC from Tribhuvan University, and a DLA from IDLI (Rome, Italy). He appears across the firm's full range of work—constitutional, corporate and commercial, civil and property, labour, and criminal—before the District Courts, the High Court, and the Supreme Court of Nepal, and advises corporate houses, including several five-star hotels, on retainer. He is a former Board Member of the Ram Raja Prasad Singh Institute of Health Science, Rajbiraj, a government project. He advises in Nepali, Hindi, and English, and is the advocate most clients of the chamber deal with directly.
